This website puffykins.com is owned and operated by Heaven Swallow Trade LLC (referred to as “PUFFYKINS”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing, browsing, registering accounts or completing purchases on our website, you (“you”, “customer”, “user”) fully agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept all clauses below, you are prohibited from using our website or purchasing any merchandise.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to submit orders on our site. When completing checkout, you warrant that you hold legal authorization to use the payment method you provide.

2. Product & Pricing Information

All women formal dresses, party gowns, men apparel, shoes, hats and accessories displayed on PUFFYKINS are matched with photos, size charts and detailed descriptions. We reserve the right to adjust product styles, colors, inventory levels and retail prices without prior notice.
All listed prices are denominated in United States Dollars (USD), excluding international shipping fees, customs duties and import taxes for cross-border shipments. We strive to display accurate product colors, but minor visual differences caused by screen display settings shall not be regarded as product defects.

3. Order Acceptance & Payment

Submitting a checkout form does not guarantee successful order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order for reasons including but not limited to stockouts, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent payments, violation of these terms, or undeliverable addresses.
We accept payments via encrypted third-party processors Stripe and PayPal. You authorize us to deduct the full order amount from your selected payment method upon checkout. All payment data is transmitted through secure encrypted channels; we will not permanently store your full credit/debit card details on our servers to protect your financial privacy.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation available within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
  • Once our warehouse starts processing or shipping your parcel, any cancellation request will be charged a 15% restocking & packaging fee based on total order value.
  • We retain absolute rights to fully cancel orders, issue full refunds and permanently block customer accounts for fraudulent orders, fake payment information or repeated payment disputes.

4. Shipping & Delivery

After payment verification, orders require 7–15 business days for processing, inspection, packaging and dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays; orders submitted after daily cut-off hours will start processing on the next working day.
We provide tracked worldwide shipping to more than 200 countries. Tracking links will be sent to your registered email once the package leaves our warehouse.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All return, exchange and refund requests are governed by our standalone Return Policy. We provide a 30-day free return & exchange service for eligible merchandise; requests submitted outside the regulated timeline or failing to meet return standards will not be approved for free processing.

6. Intellectual Property

All text, product photos, logos, graphic designs, page layouts and visual content published on puffykins.com are exclusive intellectual property of Heaven Swallow Trade LLC. You may not copy, redistribute, edit, resell or reuse any site content for commercial purposes without our written formal approval.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to utilize our website for illegal activities, fraudulent ordering, automated data scraping, malware injection, harassment, or any behavior that disrupts website operation or disturbs other customers’ shopping experience.

8. Limitation of Liability

Heaven Swallow Trade LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from website usage, product wear, shipping delays, customs hold-ups or minor visual product discrepancies. Our total maximum liability for any claim related to one single order will not exceed the total USD amount you paid for that order. This clause does not exclude liability for bodily injury or fraudulent misrepresentation required by Colorado law.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued browsing or purchasing on our website after updates constitutes full acceptance of revised rules.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Colorado, United States of America. All disputes, claims or legal controversies arising from website access, orders, transactions or policy breaches shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Arapahoe County, Littleton, Colorado. All users irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these Colorado courts and waive all objections of inconvenient forum.
